Lorraine Hayes is an associate at Wise & Jack, LLC with a practice focused on real estate law. She represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, refinancing, loan acquisitions, title review, document preparation, and closings.

During law school, Lorraine worked on affordable housing policy and community development initiatives at Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), gaining valuable experience in land use and permitting matters in Massachusetts. She also completed a concentration in real estate law, aligning her studies with her practice.

Lorraine earned her law degree from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. Originally from East Tennessee, she now lives in East Boston. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Boston’s restaurant scene, planning new adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
