Nick Toyias is an Associate Attorney with Wise & Jack, LLC. He focuses his practice in legal areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. He is also actively involved with the firm’s corporate and mergers and acquisitions team.

Nick received his JD, cum laude, from New England Law | Boston where he graduated in the top 15% of his class having made the Dean’s list every semester. While a student at New England Law | Boston, Nick served as a Technical Editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. Nick also represented his school at the Regional-ABA Negotiation Competition.

Nick received a B.A. in both Criminology and Mediated Communications from Stonehill College. He is a die hard Patriots fan and plays men’s rugby for the Boston Maccabi RFC.
